Optional Land Use Chair Activites
To be effective in your role, consider these actions!
1. Participate in the Land Use Chair Networking Group
2. Provide data and assistance to the NLA which can be used to raise the volume to the Council on issues shared by more than one NA.
3. Provide comments to City of Bend’s Citizen Advisory Committees, Planning Commission and/or City Council on issues that matter to the NA members.
4. Conduct periodic surveys of members to identify issues which matter to NA members.
5. Be aware of the NLA’s Action Plan in order to understand how we all coordinate our objectives.
