Land Use Resources and Education (last reviewed May 11, 2022)
The Neighborhood Leadership Alliance established a Land Use Working Group to lead an effort to create resources for our community members to better understand the land use process here in Bend, and the State of Oregon. As of October 2021, this group has completed the first phase of the project in collaboration with city of Bend Staff, which included the development of many resources for three user categories: Developers, NA Land Use Chairs, and Community. In coordination with City staff, the NLA's Land Use Working Group Land Use created and/or updated many resources to help community members better understand the land use process. Most of the resources listed below are posted on the city website along with additional information created by city staff.

The Land Use Chairs from each of the 13 NA's meet periodically to discuss Land Use topics affecting our neighbors.
